Ms. Shyamala Gopinath has been appointed as an independent director on the Board of Lodha Developers Private Limited (Parent Guarantor). She is the part-time Non-Executive Chairperson of HDFC Bank Ltd. She was a former Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India, a position she served for 7 years. She is a certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (1974) and has completed her master's degree in commerce from University of Mysore (1980).
