We write to inform you that the Scheme has been sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT ), Kolkata by its Order dated 3rd April, 2024. The Scheme was earlier sanctioned by NCLT, Mumbai by its Order dated 18th December, 2023. The Appointed date of the Scheme is 1st April, 2023.

The Company, upon receipt of certified true copy of the Order, file the same with the respective Registrar of Companies for making the Scheme effective.
