Louis Dreyfus Commodities announced today that its subsidiary Louis Dreyfus Commodities Asia Pte has exited its joint venture with Green Eagle Resources Ltd in Green Eagle Plantations Pte Ltd ("GEP").

Louis Dreyfus Commodities reviews its portfolio of investments periodically and, as part of that exercise, has decided to exit its investment in GEP.
