GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS

In accordance with Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual, Singapore Exchange Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the grant of share awards to its non-executive Directors pursuant to the SGX Restricted Share Plan. These share awards form part of the Directors' remuneration for certain non-executive Directors for financial year ending 2020 and have been approved by shareholders at SGX's Annual General Meeting held on 3 October 2019:

Date of Grant: 4 November 2019

Total number of shares awarded: 41,512 shares

Market Price (last done price per share) of shares on the date of grant: $8.92

Number of shares granted to directors and controlling shareholders (and their associates), if any:
