The Company's sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited, has contacted Ms Jessica Toh ("Ms Toh") and based on its enquiries, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for Ms Toh's resignation. In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Ms Toh and there has not been any disagreements with regard to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.
