Role and responsibilities
Mr Manfred Seah serves as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Company's finance, treasury, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, property management and investor relations functions. He is a key member of the Company's executive management team (Group Management Board) responsible for developing and driving the strategic plans of the Company. Additionally, Mr Seah is primarily responsible for formulating the Group's annual budget and stewarding the Group's performance, including all its investments in joint ventures and associates, as well as driving various critical projects for the Company.
