The Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2015 were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25.05.2015. A copy of the same is enclosed along with the Report of the Auditors.

The Board has recommended a Dividend @ 105 % / Rs. 10.50 per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- for the year ended 31.03.2015, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

Book-Closure dates for payment of Dividend will be synchronized with the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be announced later.
