Mr William Weiyuan ("Mr William Yang") replaced Mr Clement Yang Ker-Cheng ("Mr Clement Yang") as the Chief Executive Officer of Medtecs International Corporation Limited (the "Company") with effect from 2 May 2018.

Mr Clement Yang remains as the Executive Chairman of the Company.
