The Board of Directors of the Company, having considered among others, the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and the qualifications, work experience and competencies of Er Dr Lee Bee Wah, is of the view that she is suitable for appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee of the Company.
