Mr. Neo Wee Han Victor decided to step down as Group Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") to allow himself to focus his time and energies towards his new role as CEO of the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Revez Motion Pte Ltd. He shall continue to be an Executive Director of the Company.

The search for a new Group CEO (or its equivalent rank) has commenced and the Company will keep shareholders updated on his/her appointment through announcement(s) on the SGXNet.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, UOB Kian Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, saved as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr. Neo Wee Han Victor as the Group CEO of REVEZ Corporation Ltd.
