Further to our intimation dated April 29, 2021, please note that a copy of the order issued by the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( NCLT ) sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company with its Shareholders for the reduction of share capital of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (CP (CAA)/1017/2020/MB in CA (CAA)/992/2020/MB) ( Scheme ) is now available on the NCLT website. The Company is awaiting receipt of certified copy of the NCLT order for further process.
