The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on 27 April 2023 the amendments to the Amended By-Laws of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).

The amendments to Articles I, IV, V, VI, VII, VII-B, XI, XII, XIV of the Bank s Amended By-Laws were approved by the stockholders last 28 April 2022 and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) last 14 March 2023.

The amendments to the By-Laws are seen to improve the overall corporate governance framework of the Bank.
