With reference to our letter Sc no. 16552 dated February 1, 2022 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that upon completion of the applicable regulatory formalities, Mr. Al Noor Ramji (DIN: 00230865) has been appointed as an Additional Director and Independent Director of Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) for a tenure of 5 years, i.e., from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2027 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
