| Additional Text | BHG Retail REIT has announced a distribution of 2.73 Singapore cents per unit in BHG Retail REIT for the period from 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2017 (the "Distribution"). |
| Additional Text | The Distribution comprises the two components of (a) capital distribution of 2.01 Singapore cents; and (b) tax exempt income distribution of 0.72 Singapore cents. |
| Taxation Conditions | Tax exempt income distribution is exempt from Singapore income tax in the hands of all Unitholders. No tax will be deducted from such distribution. |
