IENOVA ANNOUNCES CREDIT AGREEMENT

Mexico City, November 30, 2018 Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. IEnova informs that today it entered into a revolving credit agreement with Sempra Global, an affiliated company, for up to US$320 000,000.00 (three hundred and twenty million dollars) with a term that expires in August 2020.

The funds will be used for working capital, investments and other general corporate purposes.
