Soilbuild REIT has today completed the divestment of the property located at 72 Loyang Way, Singapore 508762 and the mechanical and electrical equipment therein. The sale consideration is S$33.08 million. The Manager has waived the divestment fee payable to it pursuant to the trust deed dated 13 December 2012 constituting Soilbuild REIT, as amended,
varied or supplemented from time to time.
