The Company wishes to announce that the following information in the announcement relating to the Disclosure of Interest of Substantial Shareholder - Wong Fong Fui released on 13 March 2026 has been rectified to include the deemed interest of 28,683,300 units in UI Boustead REIT ("Units") which UIB Holdings Limited (the "Sponsor") is deemed to have, and to include the additional 2,000,000 Units purchased on 12 March 2026 and 13 March 2026.

All other information set out in the 13 March 2026 DOI Announcement remains unchanged and there is no integer change to the number of Units held by Wong Fong Fui.
