RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATES

Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 13 February 2024 to (and including) 15 February 2024 for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed transfers of the Company's Registrar, BoardRoom Corporate Advisory Services Pte Ltd, at 1 Harbourfront Avenue, Keppel Bay Tower, #14-03/07, Singapore 098632, up to 5.00 p.m. on 13 February 2024 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the interim dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 13 February 2024 will be entitled to the interim dividend.

Payment of the interim dividend will be made on 20 February 2024.
