Reference is made to (i) the USD600,000,000 3.750 % Senior Notes Due 2050 which were issued by Thaioil Treasury Center Company Limited (the Company ) in June 2020 and have been fully, irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Thai Oil Public Company Limited (the "Notes") and (ii) the Company s disclosure to the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) dated 12 April 2024 regarding repurchase and cancellation a principal amount of USD34,973,000 of the Notes from the open market.

The Company wishes to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the Company has further repurchased and cancelled a principal amount of USD85,027,000 of the Notes from the open market.

As of April 29, 2024, there was USD480,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Notes outstanding. The Notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

The Company will continue to monitor market conditions and may make further repurchase of its senior notes as and when appropriate. The Company may or may not make any further repurchase of the Notes in the future. Noteholders and potential investors should note that any on-market purchase of the Notes from time to time by the Company will be at the Company s sole and absolute discretion. There is no assurance of the timing, amount or price of any repurchase of the Notes or whether the Company will make any further repurchase at all. Noteholders and potential investors should therefore exercise caution when dealing in any senior notes of the Company.
