Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 6 November 2020 for the purpose of determining
shareholders entitlements to a proposed final tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 0.5 cent per
ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 (FY2020 Final Dividend). |

Private Limited at 112 Robinson Road, #05-01, Singapore 068902 up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 November
2020 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the FY2020 Final Dividend. |

with ordinary shares of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 6 November 2020 will be entitled to
