Reference is made to Saizen REIT's announcements on 20 August 2015 entitled "Notice of Books Closure Date and Distribution Payment Date | Application of the Distribution Reinvestment Plan to the Distribution in respect of the Distribution Period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015", on 31 August 2015 entitled "Issue Price of New Units pursuant to the Distribution Reinvestment Plan for the Distribution Period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015" and on 4 September 2015 entitled "Despatch of Notices of Election pursuant to the Distribution Reinvestment Plan for the Distribution Period from 1 January 2015 to 30 June 2015".

Pursuant to the Distribution Reinvestment Plan, 3,413,182 new units in Saizen REIT will be allotted and issued on 28 September 2015. The total number of Units will increase from 283,611,720 to 287,024,902.
