NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Conversion Period in relation to the Bonds shall expire at the close of business (at the place where such Bonds is deposited for conversion) on May 8, 2020, which is the tenth calendar day prior to the Maturity Date. In addition, UMC has held the Board Meeting and decided to hold the annual general meeting on June 10, 2020.
As a result, the Company has declared that the Bonds conversion will be closed during the period between April 1, 2020 and May 18, 2020, and last Conversion Date will be March 31, 2020.
