Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Chan, Andrew Wai Men ("Mr Chan") had, on 26 March 2026 tendered his resignation as Executive Director and Chairman of the Company. On discussion with Mr Lam Chun Hei, Justin ("Mr Lam") (Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer) and with the agreement of the board of directors of the Company, Mr Chan's last day with the Company will be 9th April 2026. Mr Chan has resigned to explore other business opportunities. The duties of the CEO will be undertaken by Mr Lam while the Company search for a suitable candidate to replace Mr Chan as the Chairman.
