The Board of Directors approves a RUB 840.35 bln Investment Program for 2015 with capital investments of RUB 733.13 bln and long-term financial investments of RUB 107.22 bln. According to the Budget for 2015, gains from operating and investment activities will total RUB 5.887 trillion, while payments in all activities - RUB 5.978 trillion. The external financial borrowings will be RUB 90 billion. The Budget surplus will amount to RUB 0.5 billion. Effects from the 2015 Cost Optimization Program - RUB 13.1 billion.
