(II) The short name of the Bonds is JapanIntl b4%280523R and the ISIN Code is XS2624610098.

The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Bonds issued under Regulation S. The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Bonds issued under Rule 144A.

3. The Bonds will be quoted and traded in US Dollar (USD). The Bonds will be in denomination of USD200,000 and in integral multiples of USD2,000. The Bonds will be traded in a minimum board lot size of USD200,000.
