The Board of Directors has accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd ("ST Engineering") which has reviewed MG Lim Cheng Yeow Perry's qualifications and experience, and approved the appointment of MG Lim as a non-independent non-executive Director of ST Engineering. Pursuant to ST Engineering's Articles of Association, MG Lim is subject to retirement and re-election at the next Annual General Meeting of ST Engineering.
