By a notice given via the clearing systems and dated July 5, 2016, the Company had convened a meeting on July 27, 2016 of the holders of the outstanding US$ 2.335 Million 4.75% Convertible Bonds Due 2017 (ISIN Code: XS0308551166)(4.75% Bonds) to consider, and if thought fit, approve, extraordinary resolutions to amend the respective trust deeds constituting, the terms and conditions of the outstanding 4.75% Bonds, to amend the paying and conversion agency agreement and to waive events of default under the 4.75% Bonds.

The meeting of the holders of the 4.75% Bonds was inquorate and stands adjourned to 11:00 a.m. (London time) on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 for want of adequate quorum.

In view of the adjournment, the Company has extended the deadline for receiving applications from the 4.75% bondholders for exchanging their existing 4.75% Bonds for U.S. dollar-denominated 2.5 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2025 to enable them to participate in the Exchange Offer.

The new deadline for Offer Applications is 4:00 P.M. (London time) on August 5, 2016 and the new deadline for Electronic Exchange Instructions (each as defined in the Exchange Offer Memorandum) is 10:30 a.m. (London time) on August 8, 2016.

We enclose the notice in this regard that is being sent through clearing systems to the holders of the 4.75% Bonds.
