Pursuant to Regulation 30, 51(2) read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( the Regulation ), we would like to inform that CARE Ratings vide its press release dated March 13, 2024 has upgraded the credit rating of the Company on the Long-Term Bank Facilities and Non-Convertible Debentures from
CARE AA / Stable to CARE AA+ / Stable . The rating on the Short-Term Bank Facilities and Commercial Papers has been reaffirmed at 'CARE A1+'.
