Further to the announcement dated 2 November 2020 titled "Notice of Record Date & Cumulative Distribution Payment Date", ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust Management Limited, as manager of ALOG (the "Manager"), is pleased to announce that the actual Cumulative Distribution per unit in ALOG ("Unit") for the period from 1 July 2020 to 10 November 2020 (the date immediately prior to the date on which the New Units are issued pursuant to the Private Placement) is 2.109 cents per unit comprising a taxable income component of 1.540 cents per unit, a tax-exempt income component of 0.481 cents per unit and a capital distribution of 0.088 cents per unit.
