Enjoy S.A. hereby gives notice to the holders of its 10.50 per cent. Senior Secured Notes due 2022 (the Notes), of redemption representing 35 per cent. of the outstanding Notes on February 26, 2018 (the Redemption Date) at a redemption price equal to 110.50 per cent. of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes redeemed to, but not including, the Redemption Date, pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Indenture, dated as of May 16, 2017 (the Indenture) among Enjoy S.A., the Subsidiary Guarantors party thereto, Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar and Transfer Agent, and Lord Securities Corporation as Collateral Agent.

In accordance with Section 5.4, the Notes to be redeemed shall be selected in accordance with the required procedures of The Depository Trust Company, as Depositary for the Notes.
