Appointment of Mr Mohamed Saleem Mohamed Amanullah as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group in place of Mr Andy Goh Beng Kwang with effect from 23 July 2018. Mr Andy Goh Beng Kwang will continue to work with the Group through a transition period to 16 August 2018.
