Dear Sir / Madam,

We hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. September 21, 2021 have approved the following:

a. raising of funds upto Rs.650 crores through issuance of upto 6,500 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ( NCDs ), on private placement basis, in one series, in one or more tranches, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company; and

b. shifting of registered office address of the Company from the State of Gujarat to the State of Maharashtra, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and other regulatory approvals, as applicable.
