Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Ong Tong Hai (Weng Donghai) ( Mr Ong ) has resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company due to personal reasons. Mr Ong has been with the Company since 1998.

After having interviewed Mr Ong and to the best knowledge of the Company, the Company is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Ong as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company.

In addition, the Company notes that there are no concerns with regards to the financial reporting of the Group that led to the cessation of Mr Ong and there are no disagreements between Mr Ong and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company's financial reporting.

Mr Ong is currently serving his notice period pursuant to the terms of his service contract with the Company up until 31 December 2025. A further announcement will be made as and when the appointment of a candidate to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director has been confirmed and finalised.
