Mr. Wong Kok Khun ("Mr. Wong"), who was retiring pursuant to Regulation 117 of the Company's Constitution, did not stand for re-election at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 27 April 2017. He retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM.

Mr. Wong will stay on as Advisor to the Company following his retirement as a Director.
