The Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, M/s M M Nissim & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants
and Price Waterhouse LLP, Chartered Accountants, have issued the Audit Report on the
Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2024 with
unmodified opinion.
Please note that the Results were approved by the Board at 2.20 p.m. at its meeting held today,
and thereafter the Board meeting continued for consideration of other agenda items.
