NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the final redemption of the Bonds will be completed on Mar. 10, 2022, the maturity date of the Bonds. The Bonds will be delisted from the SGX-ST. Pursuant to Article 8 and Condition (A) of the Indenture among Ennoconn and Citicorp International Limited, as trustee (the Trustee ), relating to the Bonds, and pursuant to the terms of the Bonds, Ennoconn has redeemed all the outstanding Bonds on Mar. 10, 2022, under the following conditions: The aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Bonds as of Mar. 10, 2022 will be US$36,000,000.

According to the redemption of the Bonds, the Bonds conversion will be closed from Feb. 28, 2022 to Mar. 10, 2022.
