The 26th Meeting of the Consolidated Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Videocon Industries Limited and other 12 Videocon group companies, having a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process, has been rescheduled and the same shall now be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 12:00 hours through Video Conferencing, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
