Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr. Tan has tendered his resignation as the Executive Director and Deputy Managing Director of the Company due to health reasons. Furthermore, powers and duties of the Board had been conferred on the judicial manager(s) since the Company was placed under judicial management on 21 August 2024. He will also be stepping down from all the directorship he holds in the Company's subsidiaries.

After having interviewed Mr Tan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Tan as the Executive Director and Deputy Managing Director of the Company.
