CapitaLand Investment Limited's subsidiary, CapitaLand Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the manager of CapitaLand Malaysia Trust, has today issued the following announcement and news release on the above matter as attached for information:

(1) Announcement: Proposed Acquisition by MTrustee Berhad on behalf of CLMT, of a single storey detached warehouse with an annexed 3-storey office building bearing postal address No. 5 & 7, Jalan Jurunilai U1/20, Hicom-Glenmarie Industrial Park, Seksyen U1, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan ("Property") from Cynnyx Sdn. Bhd.

(2) News Release: CLMT strengthens portfolio with the acquisition of a second logistics property for RM39.7 million.
