Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Fu Wen Xing ("Mr Fu") has resigned as General Manager of Wish Hospitality Holdings Private Limited and will cease to be an Executive Officer of the Company with effect on and from 15 March 2023.

Mr Fu was appointed to oversee the branding, operation and procurement ("BOP") business of the Group. However, in view of the development of the BOP business, including the termination of the BOP service agreements, Mr Fu has decided to resign to pursue other career opportunities. Notwithstanding his resignation, Mr Fu has assured the Company that he will continue to provide the Company with any assistance required from him, including assistance for the purposes of the ongoing independent review.

Based on its enquiries, the Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Mr Fu as an Executive Officer of the Company.
