CFS Retail Property Trust Group (CFX or the Group) announces the issue price of new CFX stapled securities (Securities) under the Dividend and Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the June 2014 distribution will be $2.01 per Security. The issue price is based on the average of the daily volume weighted average trading price of CFX Securities traded on the Australian Securities Exchange from 2 July 2014 to 15 July 2014, less a discount of 2.0%.

Approximately 32.3 million new Securities will be issued under the DRP. Securities issued under the DRP rank equally with existing CFX Securities.
