The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed the Nominating Committee's recommendation and has approved the re-designation of Ms Wong Phui Hong from an Executive Director of the Company to a Non-Executive Director of the Company, taking into account that Ms Wong Phui Hong has the requisite educational and professional qualifications, working experience, capabilities and ability to contribute to the Company and other relevant factors, to assume the duties and responsibilities as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Ms Wong Phui Hong will also be a senior consultant to the Group.
