Following the tendering of the resignation of the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), Mr. Mayank Vishnoi, and the difficulty in finding an immediate replacement CEO in short period of time, the Nominating Committee ("NC") recommended to the Board and the Board confirmed the appointment of Mr. Maneesh Tripathi ("Mr. Tripathi") as the interim CEO of the Company until 31 December 2021 or as further announced by the Board. Mr. Tripathi was previously the CEO of the Company for more than 7 years and the NC is of the view that Mr. Tripathi will be most suitable to manage the operations of the Company in the interim. The NC also deliberated that they are fully aware of his skills, experience, qualification, and in-depth knowledge on the Company. The Board approved the (i) appointment of Mr. Tripathi as the interim CEO of the Company; and (ii) re-designation of Mr. Tripathi as Executive Director of the Company, after being satisfied that he will be the right choice at this time for the sake of continuity in the tough business times of COVID-19. Mr. Tripathi will manage the operations and will contribute to the Company in terms of knowledge, skills and experience.
