SG Issuer wishes to advise that the designated market-maker, Societe Generale (the "Designated Market Maker"), is unable to provide offer quotations from the Effective Start Date and Time stated herein with respect to the Securities as its ability to source a hedge is materially affected by the prevailing market conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Designated Market Maker will suspend offer quotations until further notice but will continue to provide bid quotations for the Securities.

SG Issuer will release an announcement as soon as the Designated Market Maker resumes providing offer quotations for the Securities.
