Mr Hoon Tai Meng has retired from the Board at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 30 April 2025.

Upon his retirement, Mr Hoon has also ceased to be the Lead Independent Director, the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

The Board of Directors and the Company would like to record the appreciation to Mr Hoon for his invaluable contributions and guidance during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
