The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Notes is restricted to persons specified in Section 274 and Section 275 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001.

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in Euro. The Notes will be issued in denominations of EUR100,000 and integral multiples of EUR 1,000 in excess thereof. The Notes will be traded in a minimum board lot size of EUR200,000.
