The Board announces that on 3 June 2026, the Bondholders, being the holders of the Bonds in an aggregate principal amount of more than 75 per cent of the principal amount of the Bonds currently outstanding, passed a written resolution, consenting to certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the Proposed Amendments ) and the Company and Trustee had executed a supplemental trust deed to effect the Proposed Amendments.
