The Board of Directors of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) at its regular meeting held on 22 January 2025 approved the secondment of EVP Juan Carlos L. Syquia, Head of BPI Institutional Banking, to Ayala Corporation (AC) effective May 1, 2025 to assume a senior role at AC, subject to approval of the Board of Directors of AC.
