At the regular meeting of the Board of Directors ("Board") of Bank of the Philippine Islands held on 19 November 2025, the Board approved the declaration of a cash dividend of Two Pesos and Twenty-Eight Centavos (Php 2.28) per common share for all stockholders of record as of 03 December 2025. The payment date is set on 18 December 2025.

Source of dividend payment: Unrestricted Retained Earnings and Undivided Profits as of 31 December 2024 less the capital adjustment as required by Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
