Cessation of Ms. Zhao Yu ("Ms. Zhao") as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Eindec Corporation Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

This announcement has been prepared by the Company and its contents have been reviewed by the Company's sponsor, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor"), in accordance with Rule 226(2)(b) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist.

Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Ms. Zhao had on 26 April 2023 tendered her resignation as the CFO of the Company due to family commitments. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company has accepted Ms. Zhao's resignation.

Ms. Zhao is currently serving her notice period and pursuant to mutual agreement with the Company, Ms. Zhao's last day of employment with the Company will be on 31 May 2023. The Board is in the midst of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the position of CFO (or equivalent), and will make necessary announcement when a suitable candidate is appointed. Ms. Zhao will ensure smooth functioning of the operations of the finance team, until the effective date of her resignation, and will also ensure a smooth transition during this period and complete handover of her duties.

Ms. Zhao confirms that there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to her resignation and there are no disagreements between her and the Board with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's and Group's financial reporting.

The Sponsor, after having interviewed Ms. Zhao, is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Ms. Zhao as the CFO of the Company.
